Glory be to Jesus Christ! Glory forever!
So, we are back, refreshed and ready to get to work side by side with the faithful of St. George in our calling to preach the Gospel. I appreciate ya’ll so much and am grateful to Fr. Peter and all who helped facilitate services in my absence.
Lots going on….
First, condolences to the Kachurek Family in losing their matriarch Virginia. Memory eternal! Thanks to Fr. Paul Patitsas for serving the funeral in my absence.
Please pray for the southern states bordering the Gulf of Mexico. Where we just were, on the Floribama border, is ground zero for Hurricane Isaias landfall. God be with them!
Here is our schedule:
- Saturday 10/10
- 5PM Great Vespers
- 6PM Catechism (ALL are welcome to come learn about the Orthodox Church!)
- Sunday 10/11
- 9AM Sunday Matins
- 10AM Divine Liturgy
