Exaltation of the Holy Cross at St. George!

Glory be to Jesus Christ! Glory forever!

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, Sunday is September 14th, the Feast of the Elevation of the Holy Cross. This is one of the Twelve Great Feasts of the Church, although its character is a little different as it is a fast day (mitigated somewhat by being on a Sunday).

  • 5PM Great Vespers @Church of the Annunciation Family Life Center

      Lancaster, NY 14086
      • (Those who wish to carpool, let us meet at St. George at 4PM)
    • It is the Feast Day of the beautiful chapel there
    • This will be ou first chance to get to meet the new pastor, Fr. Paul Patitsas
    • NO SERVICES at St. George
      
• Feast of the Holy Cross, Sun. 9/14
  • 9AM Festal Orthros w/ Procession of the Cross
    • Cross to be brought out at the END OF MATINS (be on time)
  • 10AM DIvine Liturgy
