Well, the Barbergs are home after a successful graduation ceremony and Rockies vacation, and have returned with Mary Katherine!
Hitting the ground running as it is Soul Saturday/Pentecost Sunday weekend. Here is the schedule:

- Soul Saturday 6/7
- 9AM Orthros
- 10AM Divine Liturgy w/ Memorial Service
- Noonish Grave Blessing at St. George Memorial Gardens (at Riverdale Cemetery)
- 5PM Great Vespers w/ Litya and Artoklasia
- Pentecost Sunday 6/8
- 9AM Festal Orthros
- 10AM Divine Liturgy
- Coffee Hour (potluck?)
- Kneeling Vespers
Some Notes:
- If anyone is available to make kollyva for Friday Night and Saturday AM let me know. (You could make the normal amount and split it in half for the two services)
- I will be praying for ALL of the St. George departed (those who have had funerals here or otherwise on the parish necrology list). If you would like me to add any other names, feel free to text/email or write them down on the list on the bulletin table as you enter.
- Since I was unable to do it on Memorial Day as has become our custom, I will be blessing graves starting at our St George Cemetery at Riverdale. I am happy to bless graves at Riverdale afterwards, if you are present and able to lead me to them. Any graves at other cemeteries, please connect with me and we will go out next week or ASAP.
- If you would like to make artokasia for the Vespers for the Feast (Saturday evening), please let me know.
- If you would like to help decorate the temple with greenery for the Feast, please let me know.
- Kneeling in church and in our personal prayers are renewed with the celebration of the Kneeling Vespers on Pentecost.
